Ribbon Interface
It's not just for Microsoft anymore. My family has been doing a lot of griping at M$ Office 2008 (which all get told to me) mostly they don't like the ribbon. Personally i like the ribbon a whole lot, I think it is a jump to a more intuitive interface, and if GIMP had a ribbon interface I would use it more than Photoshop.
